Born in Belgrade, Serbia, Coach Alex (Keder) learned his first soccer steps playing futsal pickup games with older players form the city. At age 11, he joined the Partizan Soccer Club Youth Academy, playing futsal tournaments in many European countries. At 15, Alex became the youngest-ever Serbian Futsal National Team member.
Turning Pro at age 21, Alex joined the New York Express Arena Soccer Club and later completed his professional career playing for the San Diego Sockers. Alex is honored as one of the "San Diego Sockers Legends" for his success on the field. He continues to promote the game at the youth level as the Founder, President and Technical Director of AFC Rondo Irvine.

Summary
Born in Santa Clarita, California, Coach Shane Kelley developed his love for soccer at an early age, first playing in the backyard with his older brother, Logan. He began playing organized soccer at age four and progressed from AYSO into competitive club soccer, eventually competing at the Premier level with Valley United.
Shane was also a four-year starter and two-year captain at Canyon High School, where he helped the program reach the CIF playoffs for the first time in more than a decade.
Today, Coach Shane brings his playing, coaching, and educational background in sport and performance psychology to AFC Rondo, where he works with players in the Jr. Rondo U4 through U7 Academy Program.

Summary
Giovanny Silva, (Coach Gio) is currently a student-athlete at Crestmont University and recently transferred from Santa Ana College. He graduated from Garden Grove High School, where he played varsity soccer throughout all four years.
Giovanny began playing soccer at the age of 11 and has continued to develop his game through competitive club teams, college soccer, and adult leagues. Outside of the college season, he continues competing in multiple leagues, allowing him to stay active, gain valuable experience, and further develop as a player. Coach Gio serves as the AFC Rondo Head Coach for the U8 through U10 age groups.

Summary
Born and raised in Irvine, California, Coach Trevor Hyman began his competitive soccer career with Irvine Strikers before joining West Coast FC, where he trained under Coach Alex Filipovic. He later played for Pateadores and captained both the U14 Cal South and Region IV ODP teams.
In 2011, Trevor moved to Arizona to join the Real Salt Lake Youth Academy, training under former U.S. Men's National Team assistant coach Martin Vasquez. He later committed to Stanford University, where he was part of back-to-back NCAA Division I National Championship teams in 2015 and 2016 and three consecutive Pac-12 Championship teams from 2014–2016.
Today, Coach Trevor brings his extensive playing experience and technical knowledge to AFC Rondo, where he coaches the Boys U16 through U19 age group, while continuing to develop youth players through private training in Southern California.

Born and raised in Southern California, Coach Amelia is a student-athlete at Crestmont University. She graduated from Los Amigos High School, where she played varsity soccer, and has continued her playing career at the collegiate level.
Amelia began playing soccer at age eight and developed her game through high school and competitive club soccer, including time with Anaheim FC. Today, she brings her playing experience and passion for the game to AFC Rondo, where she serves as Head Coach for the U8–U10 age groups.

Born and raised in Orange County, California, Coach Erick has more than 11 years of coaching experience at the youth, high school, club, collegiate, and community levels. He is passionate about developing technically skilled, confident players through the AFC Rondo Training System, emphasizing ball possession, intelligent decision-making, and continuous player development.
Coach Erick currently coaches the AFC Rondo Girls U14 through U17 AFC Rondo Training Sessions while serving as Head Coach of the Santiago High School Girls Soccer Program and Assistant Coach with the Crestmont University Women's Soccer Team.
